This generally occurs when the user is using Safari or Firefox web browsers and has entered too many characters in one or more fields. The application has not been submitted. Scroll to the top of the page to see the exact error message. Revise your responses and try to submit again. The most recent versions of Internet Explorer or Google Chrome work best, as they will advise the user of the fields that have too many characters.

When you reclick the application link from within the email, do you receive a response that the application is complete and has been forwarded to the scholarship office? If yes, your application is on file. If not, the application has not been submitted. See above for helpful information on submitting the form.
