- Must have attended a post-secondary institution full time within the last two years.
- Income must be less that $25,000 (total gross income)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligible applicant must be a female who resides in Washington County
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Must be a single parent who is between the ages of 25-55. Child(ren) must live with recipient.
- Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education
- Income must be less than $20,000
- Must have attended a post-secondary institution full time within the last two years in either Washington or Benton counties in Arkansas.
