  • Must have attended a post-secondary institution full time within the last two years.
  • Income must be less that $25,000 (total gross income)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be a female
  • Be at least 25 years of age by May 2, 2006
  • Be a US citizen or US national
  • Demonstrate critical financial need
  • Be officially accepted into an accredited program or certificate program at a US college or university, including American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
  • Plan to graduate or receive certification between December 1, 2006 and August 31, 2008.
  • Demonstrate clear career plans
  • Not be earning a doctoral-level or terminal degree, such as a PhD, MD, DDS, DVM, JD, etc.
