Amount: (2) annual awards of $2500 each, payable $1250 per semester
Eligibility Criteria:Member of an Arkansas 4-H Club, FCCLA, FBLA or FFA Chapter and who has exhibited and placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the Junior Creative Arts Divisions at agricultural fairs in the State of Arkansas. Minimum GPA 2.5; minimum ACT score 18.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant must be either a resident of Arkansas who will be attending an in-state or out-of-state postsecondary education institution or an out-of-state student attending a postsecondary education institution in Arkansas. Postsecondary education institution refers to a 2 or 4 year university, college, technical or trade school.
- The applicant must plan to be enrolled in a post-secondary institution for the fall 2007 - spring 2008 academic year and must be enrolling on at least a half-time basis.
- You may enter using the on-line Entry Form or by submitting a postcard to the Arkansas Student Loan Authority 101 E.
